Dr. Craig Nathanson is an educator, author, speaker, and leadership coach. For over 25 years, he has helped people better lead themselves and others—and build more human, sustainable organizations. Known for his signature Humanistic Leadership Model (HLM©),​Craig brings a soulful, systems-thinking approach to leadership rooted in self-awareness, purpose, and the development of human potential. He often describes the role of modern leadership as becoming an Architect of Human Growth™—designing environments where individuals can learn, contribute, and find meaningful work.

Craig has taught in graduate and executive programs across the United States and internationally in Vietnam, China, Indonesia, and Europe. His teaching and workshops focus on helping leaders integrate humanistic leadership, systems thinking, and joyful work into the way they lead teams and organizations.
