Dr. Craig Nathanson is a leadership coach, author, and educator who helps executives and organizations build more human-centered, sustainable cultures. He is the founder of the Humanistic Leadership Model (HLM©), a practical framework that guides leaders in integrating self-awareness, systems thinking, and people-first practices into their daily leadership.

Craig’s approach is grounded in real-world leadership experience—combining a background in senior management with over 20 years of global experience teaching and coaching leaders across sectors. He’s worked with executive teams, rising managers, and MBA students alike, helping them lead with purpose, clarity, and care.
