Dr. Craig Nathanson is an Educator, Author, Speaker and Leadership Coach.
Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, MA in Human Development, and M.S. in Telecommunications Management.
Dr.Nathanson manages the certificate programs at Sonoma State University in Human Resource Management, Advanced Human Resources, Professional Sustainable Skills, and Humanistic Leadership.
Dr. Nathanson has taught on-site and online graduate and undergraduate programs since 2001 at several universities in North America, Europe, China, and Vietnam.
Dr.Nathanson is a current faculty member in the Management Department at the University Of San Francisco, San Francisco State, and San Jose State, teaching in the undergraduate and MBA programs, as well as the University of Hartford, teaching in the Psychology program, in addition, a lecturer at the University of Lincoln Business School, England, Cambridge Online Learning, England, and faculty member of the Solvay University of Economics, Belgium, focused on Vietnam MBA programs.
Dr. Nathanson works with organizations to develop humanistic leadership approaches to working with people. In his work with organizations, he integrates his experience working in various senior management positions in U.S. Fortune 500 companies and over twenty years of research on the intersection of work and mid-life.
Author of multiple books on personal and mid-life development and management, including “The Best Manager: Getting Better Results Through People,” Dr. Nathanson’s book “Joyful Work in the Second Half of Life: The Five Stages” accumulates twenty years of research on the intersection of work and mid-life.
